At Charming Spa, you tell us where you feel tight and how much pressure you like. You rest on a clean, draped table in a private room and stay covered the whole time. It is $40 for 30 minutes or $60 for 60.
Before you arrive
You do not need to prepare anything. Wear something comfortable and arrive a few minutes early.
It helps to skip a heavy meal right before. A few quiet minutes before you start make it easier to relax.
Booking is optional. Walk-ins are welcome any day from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and a quick chat or call to (951) 242-7888 gets a room ready for you.
When you walk in
We confirm your service and the length, then ask two things. Where do you feel tight, and how much pressure do you like?
Tell us about any area you want us to avoid. A sore spot or a recent injury is worth a mention.
If you are not sure what you need, say you want to relax. That is the most common answer, and we take it from there.
In the room
You get a private room with a clean, freshly draped table. We step out while you get comfortable.
You undress only to your comfort level. You are covered with a sheet the whole time, and only the area being worked on is uncovered.
During the massage
You are in charge of the pressure. Ask for lighter or firmer at any time, or ask us to stop.
Most sessions start with broad strokes to warm the muscles. More time goes to the areas you named.
You can talk or stay quiet. Many guests close their eyes and rest the whole time.
Which service to pick first
Swedish or Relaxation is the gentle place to start. Both use light-to-medium pressure.
If your shoulders or back are very tight, tell us. We may suggest Deep Tissue instead. Our first-time guide compares the choices.
After your massage
Take a moment before you sit up. After a firmer session you may feel a little sore the next day.
