Quick Answer

Book 30 minutes ($40) for one area, such as the neck and shoulders. Book 60 minutes ($60) for a full body massage, head to toe. At Charming Spa in Moreno Valley both lengths are available for every service.

When 30 minutes is the right call

Thirty minutes is right when one area needs attention. The neck, shoulders, and upper back are the usual ones.

At $40, it fits into a lunch break or a stop on the way home.

It is also an easy way to try a new service before you book a full hour.

When 60 minutes is worth it

Sixty minutes is worth it when you want the whole body covered. That means back, shoulders, neck, arms, and legs.

At $60, it is the length most guests choose.

There is time to slow down. You are not watching the clock.

How the time is used

In 30 minutes, your therapist goes straight to the area you name. In 60 minutes, they warm up the whole body first.

Then they spend extra time where you need it. The session ends with a slower, calming pass.

Getting the most from a short session

Name your priority before you start. One area, done well, beats three areas rushed.

Arrive a few minutes early so the full 30 minutes is yours.

For a first visit

For a first visit, 60 minutes is the easier choice. You have time to settle in and try different pressure.
